Claoxylon bicarpellatum (also called two-carpellate claoxylon, among many other common names) is an evergreen shrub native to India. It has a short, erect stem and grows up to 2 m tall. Its leaves are flat and up to 10 cm long. It grows in moist, shady soils and is found in the subtropical regions of India.
