Acalypha papillosa (also called Papillose Indian Acalypha, among many other common names) is an evergreen shrub native to India and Sri Lanka. It grows up to 1 m tall and has ovate-lanceolate leaves. It is found in the tropical and subtropical regions in open forests and grasslands.
