Description
Acalypha ferdinandii (also called Fire Dragon, among many other common names) is a small, evergreen shrub with small, glossy, dark green leaves and short spikes of small, red flowers. It is native to Southeast Asia and is found in grasslands, meadows, and woodland edges.

Acalypha ferdinandii is a tropical shrub native to Madagascar. It prefers a warm, humid environment with bright, indirect light. The plant should be grown in a well-draining, slightly acidic soil mix that is high in organic matter. Water the plant regularly, allowing the soil to dry out slightly between waterings.
