Syngonanthus acephalus (also called Acephalus syngonanthus, among many other common names) is a perennial herb native to Brazil. It has small, heart-shaped leaves and white flowers that bloom in the spring. It is found in the temperate forests of Brazil and prefers moist, well-drained soils.
