Description

Discelium nudum (also called 'Naked False Toothcup', among many other common names) is a species of liverwort in the family Metzgeriaceae. It is a small, green, thalloid liverwort with a branching habit and a flattened, fan-like appearance. It is native to tropical regions of South America, and is found in humid, shaded habitats, such as rainforests.
