Description
Cystopteris tenuis (also called Bladder Fern, among many other common names) is a small, terrestrial fern native to North America. It is a perennial plant that grows in moist, shady areas. Its fronds are divided into many thin, lacy leaflets and are usually green in color. The stems are covered with a brown, scaly bark.
