Description
Carex seticulmis (also called Bristly-stalked Sedge, among many other common names) is a perennial grass-like plant that grows in clumps. It has narrow, light green leaves and small, yellow-brown flowers. It is native to North America, Europe, and Asia, and is found in wet meadows, marshes, and along the edges of streams and ponds.

Carex seticulmis has small, yellow-green flowers that are packed in dense spikes. The seeds are small, black, and triangular in shape. The seedlings are slender and green with a single seed leaf.
