                            Carex hamlinii (also called 'Hamlin's sedge', among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to Europe, Asia, and North America. It has a clump-forming habit and narrow, pointed leaves. The flowers are small and inconspicuous, and the fruits are small, round, and black.
