                            Schizopepon monoicus (also called 'One-flowered Schizopepon', among many other common names) is a perennial herb with a creeping rhizome, and is native to the Himalayas and China. It grows in moist forests, thickets, and grassy slopes, at elevations of 1,500-3,000 m.
