                            Dactyliandra welwitschii (also called Welwitsch's Dactyliandra, among many other common names) is a perennial herb native to Africa. It grows to a height of 10–20 cm and has a creeping rhizome. It is found in tropical forests at altitudes of 500–1,000 m.
