Description
Geobalanus riverae (also called River's Geobalanus, among many other common names) is a species of plant in the family Balanaceae. It is found in Central and South America. This species has a small, evergreen tree with leathery, dark green leaves and small, yellow-green flowers. It is found in tropical and subtropical moist lowland forests, tropical and subtropical moist montane forests, and heavily degraded former forest.
