Cephalozia pandei (also called 'Pande's Bladderwort', among many other common names) is a small, perennial, evergreen liverwort found in the Northern Hemisphere. It has a creeping rhizome and a single frond with a single vein and a single sorus. It is found in moist meadows, grassy banks, and damp woods in Europe, Asia, and North America.
