Description

Githopsis specularioides (also called Specularioides Orchid, among many other common names) is an epiphytic orchid species endemic to the tropical rainforest of South America. It has long, thin, pale green leaves and produces small, white flowers with yellow and purple markings. It is found in humid, shady areas in the lowland rainforest and grows on trees and other plants.
