Orthophytum sucrei (also called Sucre's Orthophytum, among many other common names) is a species of plant in the Bromeliaceae family. It is native to the mountains of northern Venezuela. It is a small plant, growing up to 10 cm tall, with a trunk up to 1 cm diameter. It grows in moist, shady, and rocky soils in montane forests.
