                        Description
                        
                            Catopsis compacta (also called Compact Catopsis, among many other common names) is an epiphytic plant with a creeping habit. It is native to Central and South America and grows in tropical and subtropical moist lowland forests.

                            Catopsis compacta is used as an ornamental plant in gardens and as a houseplant.                             Catopsis compacta has small, yellow flowers that are arranged in a spike. The seeds are small and dark brown in colour.
