                        Description
                        
                            Alcantarea glaziouana (also called Glaziou's Bromeliad, among many other common names) is a terrestrial bromeliad with a rosette of broad, arching, green leaves with white stripes and a central cup filled with water. It is native to Brazil and typically found in open, grassy areas. It is hardy to USDA Zone 9.
