Description

Schizopetalon rupestre (also called Rock schizopetalon, among many other common names) is a shrub species endemic to the Atlantic Forest biome in Brazil. It grows up to 4 m tall, with bipinnate leaves up to 10 cm long. It grows in open areas, such as rocky outcrops, and in the understory of humid forests.
