Odontarrhena americana (also called American Odontarrhena, among many other common names) is a species of perennial herb native to the United States. It has a single, erect stem with narrow, lance-shaped leaves. It grows in moist, well-drained soils in open areas, such as roadsides, fields, and disturbed sites.
