Description

Erucastrum elgonense (also called Elgon Erucastrum, among many other common names) is an annual herbaceous plant native to the Mediterranean region. It has a basal rosette of leaves and a single, erect stem. The leaves are long and narrow, with a pointed tip. The flowers are yellow and have five petals. It grows in sandy soils, in open areas and in disturbed habitats.
