Description
Pholisma culiacanum (also called Sand Food, among many other common names) is a perennial herb native to the deserts of the southwestern United States and northern Mexico. It grows up to 30 cm tall and has a rosette of leaves at the base. It is found in sandy soils, often in disturbed areas.
