Description
Phacelia ixodes (also called Ixodes Phacelia, among many other common names) is an annual herb with small, white flowers. It is native to the western United States, from California to Utah and Arizona, and grows in dry, sandy soils.
Flower, Seeds and Seedlings
The flower of Phacelia ixodes is a pale blue to purple, bell-shaped flower with five petals. The seeds are small, round, and dark brown. The seedlings have a rosette of leaves with a single stem and are usually light green in color.
