Description
Blechnum subcordatum (also called Subcordate hard fern, among many other common names) is a small fern found in tropical and subtropical regions of Asia. It is a terrestrial fern with short rhizomes and fronds that are usually 10–20 cm long. The leaves are leathery and scaly, and the sori are round and covered with indusia. It is found in moist, shady habitats, such as forests and streambanks.
