Description
Blechnum pteropus (also called Chinese holly, among many other common names) is a species of evergreen fern in the Blechnaceae family. It is native to China and found in forests, thickets, and along streams. It typically grows to a height of 1–2 meters, with alternate, leathery, dark green leaves that are ovate to lanceolate in shape and have serrated margins.
