Description
Berberis japonica (also called Japanese Barberry, among many other common names) is a deciduous shrub that typically grows to 4-6 feet tall and 6-8 feet wide. It is native to Japan and is found in forest margins, scrub and grassland. It has yellow-green foliage and small yellow flowers in spring.
