Philonotis perrieri (also called Perrier's Beard Moss, among many other common names) is a small moss found in the Northern Hemisphere. It has a yellowish-green color and grows in tufts. It prefers moist habitats such as wet rocks, tree trunks, and soil. It is native to North America, Europe, and Asia.
