Description
Breutelia ulicina (also called 'Ulicina Hair Moss', among many other common names) is a small, yellow-green moss with a creeping habit and a height of 0.5-2 cm. It is native to the Cape Provinces of South Africa and is found in moist, shady habitats such as forests, grasslands, and rock crevices.

Breutelia ulicina is a low-growing, evergreen perennial that grows up to 8 inches tall and spreads to form a dense mat. It is native to the Mediterranean region and is hardy in USDA zones 8 to 10.
