Ornithogalum monophyllum (also called Single-flowered Star-of-Bethlehem, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Asparagaceae. It is a bulbous perennial, usually growing up to 30 cm tall. It is native to the Mediterranean region, where it grows in grasslands and open woodlands.
