Agave bracteosa is a slow-growing succulent that can be propagated by seed or offsets. It prefers full sun and well-drained soil. It is drought tolerant and can tolerate temperatures down to 10°F (-12°C). It is best to water deeply but infrequently, allowing the soil to dry out between waterings.
