Description

Agathis australis (also called kauri, among many other common names) is a species of coniferous tree native to New Zealand. It is an evergreen tree that can reach heights of up to 50 m and has a trunk diameter of up to 5 m. Its bark is reddish-brown and its leaves are dark green and leathery.
