                            Acronema brevipedicellatum (also called Short-Pedicelled Acronema, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Apiaceae. It is native to South Africa, where it is found in dry, rocky areas. It is a small shrub with yellow flowers and small, round fruits.

                            Acronema brevipedicellatum is used as an ornamental plant in gardens and parks.                         Cultivation and Propagation
                        
                            Acronema brevipedicellatum can be propagated by seed, which should be sown as soon as it is ripe in a cold frame. It can also be propagated by division of the clumps in early spring or autumn. The plant prefers light (sandy), medium (loamy) and heavy (clay) soils and requires well-drained soil. The plant prefers acid, neutral and basic (alkaline) soils and can grow in very alkaline soils.
