Description
Alyxia kabaenae (also called Kabaena Alyxia, among many other common names) is a small, spreading shrub that grows up to 2 m in height. It has smooth, grey bark and lance-shaped leaves that are about 8 cm long and 1 cm wide. It is native to Hawaii, and grows in a variety of habitats, including sand plains, sand dunes, and rocky hillsides.
