Description

Liquidambar acalycina (also called Chinese Sweet Gum, among many other common names) is a deciduous tree native to China, Taiwan, and Japan. It has a pyramidal shape with a rounded crown and grows up to 20 meters tall. Its bark is gray-brown and deeply furrowed. Its leaves are star-shaped and have five lobes.
