Cultivation and Propagation
Hypoestes betsiliensis is a perennial plant that can be grown in USDA Hardiness Zones 8-10. It is best propagated through division of the rhizomes or by seed. To propagate by seed, sow the seeds in a well-draining soil mix and keep the soil moist until germination. To propagate by division, carefully dig up the rhizomes and divide them into several sections. Replant the sections in a well-draining soil mix and keep the soil moist until the plants become established.
