Uses & Benefits
Dianthera resupinata is used as an ornamental plant in gardens and can also be used for erosion control on slopes.
Flower, Seeds and Seedlings
The flower of Dianthera resupinata is white with a yellow center. The seed is a small, round, black seed. The seedlings have a single, oval-shaped leaf.
Cultivation and Propagation
Dianthera resupinata is an annual herb that is easy to cultivate and propagate. It can be grown from seed, cuttings, or division. When grown from seed, the seeds should be sown in a well-drained soil mix and kept moist until germination. Cuttings can be taken from the stems and leaves and rooted in a moist soil mix.
