We Source our mature Ugandan grown lemons From Handpicked Farms in Parts of Eastern parts of Uganda. 

 We have a Network of subsistence farmers with a central coordinating team and a good transport network that pick our lemons and ginger directly from these Farms and Deliver Them to Kampala factory for processing and packaging. 

 Our Ugandan farmers extensively care for the lemons and ginger upto maturity without the use of pesticides and an automated process for washing and slicing is employed at the Kampala facorty which sliced are then dehydrated using the hot air concept, ground and then packed in sachets by a team of trained experts in food handling practices. 

This way of quality assurance is encouraged reserving all the purity, organicity and aroma for our Clients.

This is ground Ugandan grown lemon powder that is packed in sachets of 5g. This product has no additives, no preservatives

This is combination of ground lemon and ginger that is packed in sachets of 5g. This product has no additives, no preservatives

Lemon or ginglen powder are used extensively in the food and beverages, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
Lemons are grown in the Eastern part of Uganda while Ginger grows well the in the red loam soils of Central Uganda and tend to have the best and strongest aroma and flavor.

Lemon and ginger powder extensively used in mixed spices and for flavoring tea, smoothies, yoghurt, desserts, meat, sausages, bread and cakes. In herbal medicine, the lemon and ginger considered to be a traditional medicine for morning sickness, weight loss, improve digestion etc.. It has is classified as stimulant, carminative, and antimicrobial. They are considered beneficial for the digestive system.
