What should I do if I want to buy from you?

You first need to place an order by choosing ‘Order’ on the menu bar. We’ll then process your order request and get back immediately with further details and confirmation on the availability of the particular produce you ordered.

What are your payment terms?

Selina Wamucii demands 100% payment of any placed order before that order can be processed. An order is considered paid for only when the money paid for the order in question reflects in the authorized and given Selina Wamucii Bank Account. Selina Wamucii will NOT start to process any order until the accounts department confirms to the logistics department that the money claimed to have been paid is in our bank accounts. All payments are due as spelled out in the invoices.

Which modes of payment do you accept?

At the moment Selina Wamucii is only accepting Bank Wire Transfers. Any update to payment methods shall be communicated effectively to all our clients both current and new.

What is the minimum order

The minimum a client can order of most of our produce is 1 tonne. Orders below 1 tonnes will not be processed by Selina Wamucii. Please not that some produce may dictate a higher minimum tonnage as shall be advised by the sales department.

Can vary the amount after ordering and confirming?
Yes you can. In the event a client asks for a variation of the amount of goods ordered and confirmed, Selina Wamucii reserves the right to change the value of the quoted fee.

Who will cater for shipping and delivery charges?

All delivery charges will be paid by the client in the amount agreed at the time of purchase. Selina Wamucii is entitled to charge the buyer for any expenses of delivery other than the postage charges incurred. The international shipping charges are also the responsibility of the buyer and could change from time to time.

What happens if goods are damaged?
If during the shipping process by a third party, the goods are damaged, this Selina Wamucii will not be held responsible. However, Selina Wamucii will take any steps to ensure the protection from loss, damage or destruction of its goods before and during delivery.

What if the shipment is stolen
If an item is lost or stolen during shipping, Selina Wamucii because the products will be delivered by a third party. In such event, customers will be referred to the delivery company.

What is your policy on returns/ refunds/ cancellations?
When purchasing goods from Selina Wamucii, the buyer must carefully read the description of the item before requesting a refund. In event that the description matches the item, no refund will be given. However, Selina Wamucii will review any deserving cases of refund, in conjunction with the legal team, insurance team, and investigation team to ascertain the authenticity of the claim and effectively advise the client.

On cancellation, please note that once an order has been accepted and confirmed by this company, and paid for by the client, the order is not cancellable. However, cancellations by the client may be accepted on condition that any charges or costs already incurred by Selina Wamucii will be reimbursed by the client.
Where do I direct complaints
Any complaints customers might have regarding Selina Wamucii and its staff shall be processed through the ‘Contact Us ‘page. Each case will be looked at individually, however, there is no absolute guarantee of a perfect resolution.

How long does it take to process and ship an order

Different produce require different processes to prepare for shipping. Please liaise with the logistics team to get clear timelines for your orders.
