Description

Apple Bananas are commonly categorized by their size texture and flavor.  They are shorter than regular Cavendish bananas and more plump. Also known as Sweetie Banana, Fig Banana. Country: Uganda 

Taste-wise it is both sweet and tangy while unripe.  When it becomes fully ripe the flavors become sweeter, richer and creamier than regular cavendish bananas.  They are meant to have a large amount of black spots on them before consuming.  If consumed while yellow like a regular cavendish banana they won’t be very flavorful.

Provides a good source of Potassium, Vitamin A & Vitamin C & B-Vitamins.
