About this Dry red beans

The dry beans is at present regarded as one of the most important field crops, on account of it's high protein content and dietary benefits. Harvesting is done by the use of mechanical threshers that separate the dried pods from the beans.  The dried beans are stored in a cool dark location at 7degree farenheit. This helps maintain the oils in the beans for easier rehydration and Protects the bean from loss of nutritional value.                    TThe dry kidney beans is one of the healthiest types of beans to use as a protein source, with slightly less fat and saturated fat than other varieties of bean but with comparable amounts of fiber and protein.
