Product Characteristics

• Size: Macadamia integrifolia Style 4 consists of kernel halves. Style 4 Large measures above 14mm in diameter, while Style 4 Small measures between 10mm and 14mm (comprising 80% halves and 20% split).

• Color: Light cream to pale golden-yellow, harvested from mature nuts and processed under strict color-sorting standards.

• Taste & Texture: Smooth, buttery, rich, and mildly sweet with a firm, crispy crunch, derived from organic agroforestry practices in Central Kenya.

Quality Standards & Certifications

• Quality Standards: Meets strict statutory and customer food safety standards, including KS EAS 1004:2021 (Raw Macadamia Kernel Specification). Nuts undergo peracetic acid washing, hot-air drying to 1.5% moisture content, UV sterilization, optical color sorting, and metal detection.

• Certifications & Registrations: Fully active FSSC 22000 V5.1, BRCGS V9, ISO 22000:2018, Kosher (BIR), Halal (Reg: EKB-04-13966), FDA (Reg: 18831289204), and GACC (Reg: CKEN12012304120026).
