MACADAMIA NUTS

1.Our macadamia nuts , they natural falls from the tree when they are mature and then we collect them , immediately we remove husks as soon as possible after harvesting .

2.after husking we immediately dry them to avoid developing of brownish color or fungal growth and to maintain its whiteness.

3,they can be used for snacks , oil , and chocolate flavor coating .

4. GRADES

Our macadamia nuts are mixture of style 0 and 1 size 17mm to 20 mm  of 50% wholes and 50% halves but they come separated , wholes one side and halves one in 10kg or 5 kg packets sealed.

other grade is diced nuts consist of large and medium dices size 8mm to 13 mm special separated for baking , cookies , muesli and granolas.
