Green Mung Bean

Green mung beans are small, ovoid (sometimes cylindrical) in shape with bright green skin. They are new and emerging crops in Ethiopia with good results. It has been said that green mung beans grown in Ethiopia have good quality and they command a prime premium on the international market. Mung beans are grown in a few areas of the country.
