• Organic ginger is not as big as non organic. It is grown naturally without any inhibitor. Ginger is hand harvested in the tropical mountains near Quevedo in Ecuador.  No refrigeration needed.

APPEARANCE/FLAVOUR
Bold taste of spicy and sweet. Smell described as “woodsy”. Knobby appearance, light brown skin with yellow inside.

COOKING TIPS
Slice or shave organic ginger. Add into hot water, teas, juices or Asian inspired meals.
