Vanilla

My vanilla beans are creamy and extremely bold in flavor with an aroma reminiscent of figs, milk chocolate, and raisins. They produce a higher-than-average vanillin content which makes them perfect for desserts such as chocolate truffles or ice cream. My vanilla is grown in Western Uganda along the East African rift valley well known for warm tropical climate. I produce both grade A and B (10-20cm) organic vanilla beans with 25% to 35% moisture.
