Pumpkin

Our high quality organically grown  Uganda  pumpkin(Cucurbita  Maxima) is a cultivar  of squash  that are C-shaped or round with smooth , slightly ribbed skin and most often deep yellow to orange in coloration. The thick shell contains the seeds and pulp . The flesh  is very smooth  and slightly  sweet  with nutty  flavour. The massive  gourds are highly  nutritious  particularly rich in Vitamin A  and its high antioxidant content  reduces  rish of chronic diseases. The pumpkin  is ideal for making cakes, sweets  and seeds  can be roasted .
