We are a supplier of licorice products that are produced in modernized factories and have international certificates of global halal, HACCP, CE, IFDA, ISO9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 10002:2018, ISO22000:2005 and In addition to these certificates, some have an organic certificate with the European Union standard.
​These products are extracted from the licorice plant that grows in different regions of Iran and Azerbaijan. Licorice products that we sell include root, root powder, solid extract, granule, pulp, nugget (block), paste (liquid) and DGL. 

All products are tested daily by special experts using modern laboratory devices such as HPLC during the production process. In order to ensure the high quality of the products, the factory examines the products by metal detector to produce the purest product in this industry. Excellent quality products can be produced and exported according to the analysis requested by the customer.
We are able to supply and deliver the regular order and special order of customers as soon as possible.
 

Licorice roots
Licorice roots are harvested from natural fields. These resources are free of any toxic and chemical substances.
After they enter the factory premises, the extra leaves are separated from the roots, washed and cleaned, and then after drying in various stages, it is prepared as mill or cuttings according to the customer's order.
 

Licorice Root powder.     
Licorice root powder is used in medical syrups and tea bags to treat diseases and increase the immune system.
In order to obtain a clean product free of any impurities, we wash licorice roots very carefully and then dry and then powder them using mechanized machines.

Licorice extract powder is obtained through a fully mechanized process from the root powder extract, without any additives and only with pure water.
Granulation of licorice extract powder produced by Factory is between 80 and 150 microns and has a yellow-brown color.
Licorice extract powder is packed in nylon bags and then in composite envelopes according to European standards. The net weight of each envelope is 25 kg net.
All production steps from beginning to end are done automatically without manual intervention.

Licorice solid extract
For the production of licorice solid extract, the best quality roots grinding in extractor machines, the product is concentrated after passing through special filtration systems in several special machines, including falling film. And then it turns into a solid extract in the finishers and finally it is molded in special containers.
After molding, the product is checked by an advanced metal detector and then packed.
Each mold of 5 kg of licorice solid extract is placed in nylon and 5 molds are packed and exported in a carton with a net weight of 25 kg.
 

• Licorice extract paste(liquid)
  Some factories are more inclined to use licorice extract paste. The most important feature of licorice extract paste is that it dissolves quickly in hot water. Because of its natural texture and its semi-liquid form, having a strong taste, this product is favored by the food, pharmaceutical and tobacco industries
  
  
  DGL
  Licorice extract has been transformed into two products, HGL (high glycerin extract) and DGL (low glycerin extract), each of which is used in a specific industry. DGL licorice is usually used in medicine, confectionery and chocolate industries. It is used in the food industry, including baby food and pet food. Since the DGL product also contains a small amount of glycerin, it is a suitable medicine for people with diabetes and high blood pressure.

Granule

• Granule of licorice extract has the ability to dissolve quickly in hot water and its taste is very strong. With the use of modern machinery in the factory, Sepidan Ezra company is able to produce granules in small sizes of 0.5 to 2 millimeters. This product (granule) is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry.
  Granules of licorice extract are packed in 20 or 25 kg bags according to European standards according to the customer's request.

  Pulp 
• Licorice pulp is obtained after extracting licorice liquid extract from the root in all steel extraction equipment.
  Licorice pulp is used to produce vermicompost and compost fertilizer, animal feed, to make compressed boards and chipboard, to make charcoal.
