Our institutes make a significant contribution to production with the motto&nbsp;\u201cNo Farmer Left Unreached by Domestic and National Varieties&#8221; by developing domestic and national varieties suitable for regional and climatic conditions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cToday, in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.selinawamucii.com\/nutrition\/food\/wheat-soft-red-winter\/\"><u>cool climate cereals<\/u><\/a>, which are also suitable for our province, Nacibey, M\u00fcfitbey and Reis varieties certified by Eski\u015fehir Gateway Zone Agricultural Research Institute Directorate, which is one of the breeding institutions in our country, are recommended varieties for the gateway regions. They&nbsp;are domestic and national varieties with high yield potential in grain, good tillering capacity and resistant to yellow rust disease, which causes low yield in wheat.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThese&nbsp;cultivars&nbsp;developed by Eski\u015fehir Gateway Zone Agricultural Research Institute Directorate are high quality<a href=\"https:\/\/www.selinawamucii.com\/nutrition\/food\/bread-puri-wheat\/\"><u>&nbsp;bread wheat&nbsp;<\/u><\/a>varieties.&nbsp;The latter is&nbsp;a&nbsp;very strong variety that is resistant to diseases and pests, especially to yellow rust, yellow rust and soil-borne wheat mosaic virus, which are&nbsp;common&nbsp;diseases of the region. We can say that it is ahead of other varieties in these matters.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOur institute staff and agricultural engineers, who examined the varieties planted within the scope of the demonstration study, were very pleased and happy with the tillering and development of wheat in the planted fields.
