Quality Fisheries Limited is a registered company that deals with Cage Farming in the great lake of Africa - Lake Victoria.

We have six years experience of farming  Tilapia fish in cages. We produce our own fingerlings so as to maintain the good breed that we have. We have the best hatchery equipments that produce health fingerlings of a breed called Oreochromis niloticus.

We feed the fish from the fingerlings stage till they grow and attain a weight of  250 - 500gramms. 

We produce our own nutritious food and feed our fish every time because once fish are in a cage they can not find their own food. Its our obligation to feed all the fish with with food we make that has all the nutritions for them to grow. All the raw materials are natural and  acquired locally and no any additional chemicals.

We have more than 30 cages each cage has 4 partitions with 5meter length, 5meter width and 5meter depth that make us harvest 100tonnes a month. Each month we use 5 cages and the growth period is 6 months until harvest. We alternate the stocking in a one month period so as we harvest every month in a year.

We harvest against order from our clients and we process them and pack as the specified by client. We accept any packaging specifications from our client and we process the 

The quality of our Tilapia

Naturally Tilapia fish is good for human health since it one of the healthiest sources of protein. Tilapia is packed with vitamins and minerals like choline, niacin, vitamin B12, vitamin D, selenium, and phosphorus. It is also a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are healthy fats that human body needs to function.
