ORIGIN: All our potatoes are family grown in the slopes of Nyandarua County which is located in the central region of Kenya.

ABOUT PRODUCT: The Markies and Shangi potatoes are the most commonly consumed potatoes locally and for export.

 The Markies varietal is commonly preferred for making fries and crisps hence why it's mainly preferred by restaurants and processors. The Shangi variety is mainly used for household cooking and is sometimes also used to make fries and crisps.
