Have you ever Tasted on Garlic planted in the Volcanoes Mountain? They are small, concentrated and they have extra nice smell, they are not needed to be used in big quantity while cooking or preparation of medicine. This quality of garlic take time in soil more than others and this is what makes them well tasted. By giving them the quality they deceive, we protect them again chemicals and instead we use manures only. 

They are planted in fresh climate between Mountains and Volcanoes, here irrigation is nowhere to be applied and that why our Garlic are so concentrated and have good quality you need.
