Below are the brief details of these organic sun dried vanilla beans,
1. The vanillin content is 1.5 - 2.5%
2. Moisture content is 25 - 35%
3. Lenght "A" grade strickly 15 - 25 cm
4. Colour "fox-colour" red in contours and surface
5. Texture: around 30 - 35% humidity, with a balanced vanillin to moisture ratio
6. Strength of smell: 100% vanilla.
The country is Papua New Guinea (PNG).
